Originally, The Acceptance Project began as a blog, 'Down & Back'. Before long, the importance of mental health and mindfulness became extremely apparent from the feedback of readers. This ignited the fire that has since led to The Acceptance Project's birth.
Read along, following my thoughts and views on the state of mindfulness throughout the world. I connect my experiences of being an international athlete, having travelled the world, to my study of the mind, our emotions and their connections to society.
Using these tools, I touch on what we must do from within ourselves, to heal and create the world we desire. Life is incredible if we so choose to see it that way and once we make that decision, the possibilities that lie in front of us are endless.
